I love this business, and I love it now more than ever. It must have something to do with the way and the speed we can reach people, directly and indirectly — text, blog, email, AR, VR, or on social platforms — it’s endless. The sheer breadth of media today is nothing short of exciting, in a constant state of motion, and ready to evolve to something new. Real-time response mechanisms and data-driven communications are here and will prove to be an ally to creative teams dedicated to relationship marketing, CRM, SEO, and it’s all moving at “tweet speed.”

The quick-thinking conceptual minds will own the day.

As an Art Director, designer, and Creative Director I consistently bring conceptual thinking and disruptive strategies focused on delivering measurable results for clients. With strong leadership skills, I naturally let teams do what they do best — invent & create. And while leading is great, it’s just part of the job. Keeping a hand in the work is important too. By doing the work, one stays nimble, fresh, and reinforces trust with teams.

Never a stranger to new business — and consistently active in this area, I have been part of many major new business wins, and bids for new accounts with every agency from 2 million to 200 million. And I’m always on the hunt for organic growth opportunities with existing clients.

Legacy and pedigree are important too. Any success I’ve earned is owed to the creative mentors that I worked for, admired from afar, or taken class with. They inspired me and led me towards creating “better work” through discovery. This is radically different from being told how and what to do. GREAT creative leadership will lead you away from your comfort zone and encourage you to move toward creating something memorable with confidence.

Art and design fit in with personal ambitions. I enjoy photography, painting, — and directed an award-winning short film. Each experience or interest relates to the other and is a continuous part of my professional process, growth, and approach to life.

If you like what I have to say, let’s open a dialog.

All the best,
